Johan De Smet obtained a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 1988, after which he started his career as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in 1989. Mr. De Smet is also a recognized debt mediator.

Aniek Bergmans obtained a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2002, after which she became a lawyer at the Brussels Bar. In 2014, she deepened her expertise by completing a postgraduate course in trustee-liquidator. Ms. Bergmans is also a trustee-liquidator at the Dutch-speaking Commercial Court in Brussels and has been a member of the Council of the Dutch Order of Lawyers in Brussels since 2021. She served as treasurer of the Dutch Order of Lawyers at the Brussels Bar and was a member of the General Assembly of the OVB. She is also a member of the reconciliation committee of the Brussels Bar. Additionally, Ms. Bergmans is a recognized debt mediator.

Emma Poelaert obtained a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in 'civil and procedural law' from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2024. She then immediately started her traineeship as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar with this firm.
